Many of the records stored at Southern Record Systems contain very sensitive information. Our customers trust us to keep their records safe, whether from unauthorized people accessing them or damage from fire or weather.

We have put in place many measures to keep our customers’ records safe. We require signature verification for anyone requesting access to files and never leave anyone unattended in the storage area. We also use a barcode system to keep the owner’s of each file carton anonymous. Our bonded facility is kept secure by a monitored electronic alarm system, and our sprinkler system is zoned to minimize damage.
